I would give minus zero if I could! Attitude of staff is go eff yourself. Waited 5 minutes to be noticed, was only customer at counter. Asked for bathroom as I waited , was told it was in use. Waited 15 minutes until employee young man waddled out of Women's and refused to acknowledge my urgent request to be let in. Another person had to go get a customer key and let me in. Was so irritated at lack of courtesy that I will take my business elsewhere, now and in the future. Incompetent. Unprofessional. Attitude.
