Inevitable, I had to move and tried to figure out where can I leave my stuffs. I found the first month free and it attracted me; next, I phoned and nobody picked up, but then, they called me back and we fixed. When I first there, one lady who helped us. She seemed not so familiar to the facility but she tried to help at her best. Then, when I went there, I met with sweet and stout young man named Juan most of the times. He is so helpful and efficient. I have two times wrongly locking my store, he immediately called and left the message. I cannot say how much I thank him as a very responsive employee of the facility. I will recommend because of the staffs working at that specific facility for their good mind to help the clients at all time.

Public storage in redwood city has been great customer service, the units and hallways very clean. Especially Juan whenever I need him I call or go there he is always there to help me. Public storage keep up the good work
