Do not go this place to install hitch. its a nightmare. I called this u-haul and made an appointment to install a hitch at 915am Monday. Once I got to place at 915am next morning, the staff told me they do not install hitch before 11am. Then I was told to come back at 12pm, and it would only take max 45 min to get it done . But when I came back at 12pm, the staff told me that I need to wait 2 hours.

In the end, I was able to find another place at San Carlos to install a hitch within less than 20 min.

Had a Ubox to move to an apartment Saturday. Called Friday to confirm the box was at this location and they assured me it was there. I also made sure it could be picked up by my Moving Help on Saturday afternoon rather than the morning. Saturday comes and they have no trucks for my Moving Help to use, we wait until Sunday. Turns out the box is in Santa Clara even though I called to check that it was at this location. Now I can't move in until next week. Huge waste of time for me and my Moving Help.
